Great gloves for full MMA training and sparring, the neoprene cover makes them a bit safer to roll and clinch, without having to tape up the gloves every time. I would recommend these for sparring when ground and pound is being implemented. As far as MIT work they work fine but as with all gloves of this style are still better suited for live contact drills.

I've been training in the combative arts for over 40 years and I've had the opportunity to use a number of products including gloves. I am very pleased with the quality of the Ring To Cage Deluxe MiM-Foam Pro Sparring Gloves. In particular, I like the wide velcro wrist strap for the extra support with pull over neoprene cover/sleeve. I highly recommend this glove to anyone involved in MMA style training.
