X-Small fits up to 90 lbs (Height 3’9” to 4’7”)
Small fits 90 to 125 lbs (Height 4’8” to 5’3”)
Medium fits 125 to 160 lbs. (Height 5’4” to 5’7”)
Large fits 160 to 185 lbs. (Height 5’7” to 5’11”)
XL for 185 lbs and over. (Height 5’11” and over)

Very easy to put on or take off. I no longer have any bruising when blocking kicks or punches. It does get a little warm after an hour or so of working out but nothing extreme. For the value it's an excellent investment.53
