Haven’t had them long enough to test durability, but absolutely the most comfortable, for fitting gloves I have ever owned.

I'll start with the not so good. The first thing I noticed was that the gloves did not match perfectly in appearance. This however is just an aesthetic issue. I was a little off put by the difference, but now that they are broken in, I can barely tell.
Okay now the good. The glove is well built and the leather is durable. I love the padding in the finger compartment and the shape of the knuckle area. I've tried mexican and Thai style boxing gloves-- japanese style gloves are by far my favorite and ring to cage does a great job with the shape and fit. Right out of the box these gloves are ready for training. I train with the R2G Thai pads which are notoriously stiff and hard, and these gloves do a good job of protecting my hands even at 12oz and when throwing bombs. Very pleased with the glove and I will definitely be adding more of this style to my collection in the future.

These gloves have great padding, wrist support, and style and i recommend it to any fighter looking for a good pair of gloves.

I have been training muay thai and boxing for years now. Fairtex has always been my go-to brand for gloves and I’ve tried many other brands as well. I decided that I wanted to try a new pair of gloves because fairtex are quite hard for sparring purposes. I was looking at Winning gloves because they are just the best but they run at $400. No thank you. After hours of research, these gloves had the best reviews and came the closest to the Japanese Winning gloves, so I decided to buy these. By far the best gloves I have ever used. For sparring, bag work, mitt work, anything. Very good quality, and I am now going to only buy this glove. Sorry Fairtex... On top of everything, the gloves came within 3 days which is insane, especially because I live in Hawaii.

Got the 16 oz lace ups a couple months ago, gloves have quality stitching and leather, comfortable thumb and hand compartment with a very good grip bar. Wrist support is good too. Overall great quality glove for the price and really slick looking glove too, similar to winning in many ways.

I’ve had to take some time off from training due to a severe case of boxers knuckle from a new pair of Cleto Reyes’. They lied and said they were lace up training gloves but were 16oz fight gloves so yeah, it hurt. Anyways i was in my trainers gym and he had a pair of r2c gloves and I grabbed them and was stunned by how soft they were. So I got mine love my C17s; they’re pretty cheap for what you get, $100. I was surprised by the quality of the leather, too. I was expecting more or so like a cheap leather but nope, these things are very nice. I wouldn’t say like Cleto Reyes’ Leather but similar. The only issue I have with these gloves are the inside. I had developed bad blisters on my fingers from the lining which is surprising because it feels like standard nylon but at the same time it’s something different I think. I developed calluses and now I’m fine and these gloves are great.

I was extremely happy how quickly the gloves arrived after i ordered them.
They look great and they fit great as well.
The gloves are not super stiff like other brands that i have purchased and they do not really need a break in period. They wrap your hands very nicely and provide good feedback when hitting the bag light or heavy with good protection.. Super easy to close the fist inside these gloves and they are not Bulky like some other gloves I own that feels like you are swinging a cannon ball.
I love these gloves and definitely recommend them. I cannot attest to how they will hold up over time at this point but so far so good. I am very happy with this purchase.

I mainly bought these for sparring and i must say that these are alot better then i expected. I'm 5'11 170 pounds and my hand circumference is 8 inches. I had a pair of winning ms-500 a while back and i was surprised to realize that these feel very similar. I got these black lace up 16 oz, and i got the winnings blue lace up and as well 16 oz, obviously i would rate the winnings higher but man these gloves are not far behind at all.

Worth every penny. Great quality all around. Amazing wrist/knuckles support and protection. Hands down best training gloves out there for that price.

I turn 43 in a week, and I've been jumping rope and hitting a heavy bag in my garage to stay active for about six years.
About a year ago I noticed that I was getting more and more knuckle bruises with the cheap gloves I was wearing at the time. (These were the sorts you can buy at your local Walmart.) So I invested in some VENUM Elite gloves. Those kept my knuckles from bruising, but my wrists were really sore when I went full-speed.
So over Thanksgiving, I ordered a pair of 16 oz C-17 gloves. Man, what a difference.
I can punch for ten, three-minute rounds and hit as hard as I can, and while my shoulders get sore (I need to work on my form, I know), in five months I've not once had a bit of soreness in my hands or wrists.
I imagine most people shopping for gloves are younger punchers who are going to a boxing gym. There are plenty of reviews on here for you. But if you're where I am, with some miles on you and a demanding job and a corner of the garage for exercising, these gloves will keep your hands healthy and let you go full-speed every time.

The 12 ounce gloves packs in so much padding and protection! Excellent solid wrist support. Fantastic glove!

Just an all around great boxing glove. Good support and comfort.
Posted by August on 20th Jan 2020
The first thing you notice when unpacking them is the quality. Hitting the bag with them feels absolutely amazing, yet to spar with them. I chose the white color and it looks better than i thought, the logo is very high quality too
Posted by Unknown on 7th Jan 2020
I keep one pair for occasional sparring and another for bag work (both 16oz). I have not had any hand issues using these over the past several years and fit is very comfortable.

Favorite gloves I’ve ever owned. High quality for a very reasonable price.

Great for my heavy. bag work. Excellent wrist support. Look great and light weight feel.
Posted by Unknown on 2nd Jan 2020
Very high quality product.
I got the 16oz Velcro. They are comfortable, quite tight with a good wris supportt, absorb punch very well but do not feel too bulky when punching.
Imo the best gloves you can have under 100$.

I bought the 14 oz. for bag work. Nice fit, and good protection. It took me a little time to get used to the more padded feeling (vs. Reyes), but I am using these gloves for all my bag workouts now. I'm very satisfied so far (4 months in); I may even up review to 5 stars, if these last well over time.

These gloves came highly recommended and did not disappoint! I’ve used them almost everyday for several weeks now and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Highly recommend these gloves!

I brought these gloves for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves them! The quality is up to par and the Velcro has a tight grip.

I am a beginner and read a lot o good reviews on this glove. I purchased and I did not regret. Very good for the price.
Posted by j on 16th Dec 2019
well made, good soft quality leather, good padding that lasts. good hand protection and good protection for sparring partners. my first pair lasted 5-6 years of 2x/week heavy use before the leather on the right hand fingertips eventually tore open. best gloves for the money imo.
Posted by Unknown on 4th Dec 2019
I bought the 16oz metallic silvers and like it so much that I have an order in for the black 18 oz. My only gripe is that 18's only come in black. The gloves themselves might be better than Winnings when it comes to the heavy bag because it won't slightly shift or become a little top heavy like Winnings. Obviously there's no competition when it comes to sparring with Winnings, but these are perfect for my 200lb bag. For the price, it's a steal.

I had been searching for a pair of gloves for a while and even test drove a few before stumbling upon a review of these gloves. These gloves are incredibly comfortable to wear and most importantly punch with. I spar fairly regularly in a Krav Maga class with these and I haven’t had any issues with hand pain afterward. I have experienced hand pain with other gloves I have used. The leather feels and smells great out of the bag and the laces seem durable. I haven’t had any issues with smell. Yet. It’s been a bout a month. I do air dry them after every use. The only change I might make to the glove is the addition of some venting. But otherwise I think these gloves are great. I’ve got medium sized hands and the gloves fit great. I purchased 16oz black lace ups.
Posted by Unknown on 8th Sep 2019
Gloves feel great. They are slightly wider for my hands but I do have narrower than average hands overall.
Posted by Unknown on 24th Jul 2019
The gloves were comfortable and provide great protection.
Excellent value for what I paid!!
Posted by peter on 24th May 2019
nice gloves. snug fit, excellent hand protection, and the construction seems good. so far they perform well beyond what you might expect for the price. I am happily surprised and very satisfied so far.
Posted by Ted on 15th May 2019
I've got a tad of boxing experience (Naval Academy Brigade Boxing Champ and 4th at Collegiate Nationals) and I absolutely love these gloves! Great padding, easy to put on by myself, the Velcro is NOT elastic (like Everlast, which eventually wears out), and all the color options you could ever want!
Posted by Unknown on 6th May 2019
The glove feels great when hitting the bags and mitts. Color looks amazing, and really pops. Velcro feels nice and secure. Like other reviews say, the hand compartment gives plenty of room for hand wraps. The glove comes broken in, you can flex and open the gloves freely.
I'm subtracting 1 star because one glove feels and looks slightly larger than the other. I haven't weighed them but everyone who's tried them on says the same.
Regardless, I'd still make the purchase again if I had to.
Great Gloves

Feels like punching with marshmellows. Feels like better construction and leather than competing 16oz models but at a higher price. Had them a month and The price will be worth it if they last longer than a year, the life span of the cheaper alternatives by other manufacturers. As i have to rate the product only, it's definetly 5 stars.
Just recieved my gloves this morning, put them on my hands, i still can't believe the quality. They are INSANELY good, i never approached gloves of this quality of my life.
Everything on these gloves just blew my head off, it's way better than 100$ fairtex gloves i owned before.
Compared to my 12oz fairtex bgv4 (that weight 14oz actually...), they are better quality, better profile, they fit better (bgv4 were toooo much roomie inside), better padded, more comfortable, incredibly true to weight, ....
Despite the product itself is G-O-D-L-I-K-E, i can't say the same thing about the delivery and packaging.
The gloves were put in a box almost too small for them, like they were compressed in it, with no protection but a random plastic bag.
As I am living in France, the box should have lived rollercoaster before coming here, so when i opened the box there were many marks on the gloves, with two BIG marks deep on the leather, and it seems like they won't resorb at all...
It won't affect the protection, but it's definetly something you don't want to see when you open a new product you waited for so long.
The customer contact is good but it takes nearly one week for them to respond. Anyway thanks for your advices, 14oz was the good size for me.
PS: As i am very lucky, i also paid customs taxes for 40$. So i paid near to 160$ for these gloves (shipping + taxes included), even if i took them during the black friday promotion.
It's still a good deal as i think they worth more than 100$, but without BF promotion it would have cost me near 200 dollars which would have been too much for me.
product 5/5 best gloves ever
packaging 2/5 too light to protect the product
customer service 4/5 very good but too long to answer

To get this level of comfort and hand protection you’d be spending two or three times as much money with other gloves. I am on my second pair and will never change.

I just get a pair of these gloves (Velcro, 16 oz, Pink) there are the best gloves ever. It´s like to have pillows in the hands...
Posted by Unknown on 6th Sep 2018
Seriously incredible value for the comfort and protection these provide. I must admit I was skeptical buying these at first given that they dont have a 'big brand' name but after reading comparisons all over the web between these and 'Winning' gloves stating that these gloves are on par I went ahead with the purchase.
In short, these gloves are fucking mad, absolutely loveeeee them!

Placed my order late in the day, at 5PM EST, they shipped in less than hour.
I’m 6’2” 200lb, wear Large in sized gloves. 18oz Velcro fits perfect with 180” wraps.
My sparring partners wear full face cage MMA headgear and I was occasionally punching through the padding on 16oz Everlast Elite, rocking my partner and my knuckles.
6 rounds this morning, and gloves performed as advertised. Much easier on partners and my hands. Still get good feedback when you connect, but not the jolt that runs all the way up your arm.
Gloves are definitely wider than what I’m used to, but they feel light on your hands. Easy to put on without help & Velcro stays put.
Posted by Unknown on 13th May 2018
They fit as I would want them to and after use they mold to your hand. Great glove!
Posted by Sergiu on 7th Mar 2018
If you punch hard, specific boxing gloves like these are a must compared to Muay Thai gloves in my opinion. They fit me better and reduce knuckle pain.
Posted by Unknown on 11th Jan 2018
I bought these because my hands were hurting after a few months of heavy bag worth using Title Gel World Bag Gloves. There are basicall two schools of though on heavy bag gloves: gel and foam. With gel not working for me, I needed to try foam to see if it was the bags or if maybe my hands were just too fragile for boxing.
The 16 oz Ring to Cage Japanese style training gloves were one one of two heavily praised foam gloves, with the other being the classic Winning gloves. Since I was unsure if it was the gloves or my hands that were the problem I was reluctant to spend the money on Winning gloves, so I went with these guys, which were super affordable in comparison, especially given the rave reviews.
They've been great so far. No pain, great quality, plus they look awesome too. I've only been using them for a few weeks so far but I look forward to putting them on and getting down to bag work every day.

I just received my 1st pair of C17's. After trying a pair of Winnings I wanted my own, but didn't want to break the bank in doing so. So after a lot of research I decided these were the closest I can get. The support and comfort are for all intents and purposes, identical to winnings. The leather is supple, but after unboxing them, I noticed there is a couple small tears near a seam by the thumb. I was obviously disappointed with that, because they can rapidly go from small tears, to full blown peeling, so that's cause for concern. I also noticed a couple spots of discoloration, but that is purely cosmetic. I wish they hadn't arrived with two tears so close to a seem, but that may be because they were mishandled during packaging, not because of the actual production process. Nevertheless, it's why I have to give them 4 stars, instead of 5. Fantastic pair of gloves otherwise.

One of the best gloves out there at this price point. They do an outstanding job of protecting your hands, are very comfortable, and are made very well with high quality materials. Highly recommended.

A bit slow and expensive shipping for international orders, but the product is top notch! Best gloves I've used so far
Posted by Andrew Baker on 22nd Nov 2017
Very impressed with the gloves. The quality and hand protection is great, especially at this price point. I would recommend these gloves to anyone, and I’m not someone who is that easy to impress. I’ll also add that I’ve tried almost all of the major glove brands.
Posted by Unknown on 22nd Nov 2017
Bought the 16oz and although they seem/look fairly large they feel nice and light when wearing. Very comfy and excellent protection your hands imo. For the money they’re really good gloves, I would defiantly recommend them.
Posted by Unknown on 16th Oct 2017
I use them mostly for boxing sparring (occasionally Muay Thai) and they are great! I use the lace up so they have very good wrist support and excellent knuckle cushioning when striking. Although they are larger/wider than other 16oz gloves they feel light when striking so it's not a problem. Some people might find them to be a little stiff when you first use them (I don't mind this) but they do soften up after you break them in.
Although they are not the absolute best gloves out there they are very very good for the price - if you want better you will have to drop $150 or more on Cletos, Rivals, Hayabusas, etc.

We bought two sets of gloves and hand wraps. All are amazing quality. Wonderful padding on inside for knuckles. Use daily. Three days after we bought them they went on sale with a promo code. I called them and left a message and not only did they credit my credit card the difference they even took the time to call after they did so to let me know they did this. They could have just emailed but called instead. Customer service is amazing and the product is comfortable and high quality! Would recommend!

I bought these gloves after developing pain when training. These gloves are sift and really protect your hands. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they are a little tight. I've only had them for a month hopefully they'll break in. But overall really nice glove, and you can't beat the price.

I use 16oz, Velcro closure; Masters Boxer 200lbs; 10-14 hrs. week in the gym.
In the $75-120 price range best I have used. Masters boxing requires 16oz pillows. R2C has the best feel for this type of gloves- meaning they come closest to the feel of a 14oz glove in terms of contact- and protect both you and your sparring partner. Now my go-to glove.
For pads/bag work, similar feel to other 16oz overly padded gloves [too much compression, not enough wrist support]. Considering a lighter lace-up pair for future use.
Posted by Jorge L Dones on 25th May 2017
Great glove fits perfectly and I am able to make a solid fist like when you have laced gloves. This means a lot for velcro usually you don't have that type of handle with a velcro glove.

I was having problems with soreness in my hands and wrists after hitting the bag when I hit the bag in certain ways... I was using Sanabul Kickboxing style glove and knew since I was doing boxing training I needed to switch to a real professional level boxing glove. I went ahead and got these after reading that they were one of the top boxing gloves on the market and they didn't dissapoint: my hands are never sore after a workout and the lace up version provides excellent support for the wrists much better than the velco version would
Posted by Mike J on 10th May 2017
High quality gloves. Hand/Wrist protection is second to none. I only wish is had a better impact surface for better "pop" on the heavy bags and mitts.
Posted by Unknown on 18th Apr 2017
Most protective gloves I've used so far. Haven't tried winning yet, but until I do these are some of the best gloves I've used so far. The lace up gloves give really excellent wrist support. My 12 oz velcros give enough support for Velcro gloves, but I only use them occasionally for mitt work and mostly for double end bag work. Not sure how much support it would give against the heavy bag.
Posted by James on 19th Feb 2017
I have worked through many other brands of glove before reading the reviews on this one and importing them from the states. I was so happy with the 16 oz with them i ordered the 12 oz s a few days later. Great protection and awsome feel. Nice and tight fit and great balance.
Posted by Kevin on 10th Feb 2017
The unanimous 5 star rating is undeserved but these are still very good gloves for the price.
- High quality materials, the density of the foam is great
- Wrist support is perfect
- Craftsmanship isn't amazing: wrinkles in the leather, some visible stitching, the two gloves are not entirely symmetrical with one another ... These issues are mostly cosmetic though
- Gloves take about 5 hours of use to break in
- The mold is more rounded than I like but that's personal preference. I prefer a more squared shape for knuckle contact
- These are likely the best gloves you can buy for under $150

Been using the gloves for about 3 weeks now and they have been great. Has to be one of the most comfortable gloves I have used so far.
Posted by RM on 6th Feb 2017
Great glove for a great price, don't know how these will hold up over time but so far very happy with the product. No break in time, comfortable right out of the box. Terrific hand protection. The thumb is also very well cushioned and protected.
Posted by Drew on 5th Feb 2017
Im picky about my gear. I have 5 sets of gloves from title (2), reyes, ringside, and r2c. All have their benefits but each has at least one drawback. The r2c gloves have the fit/feel for pad work and the protection for bag work and sparring. You can use these gloves for anything. No break in period. Best price to quality ratio.
Posted by Unknown on 24th Jan 2017
These are the best boxing gloves I've ever used or owned. I used to use Cleto Reyes...not any more. 14oz C17's are just perfect.

The best gloves in this segment! No other brands, have no sense, will purchase another pair, but with laces in yellow.
Posted by Mark on 3rd Jan 2017
Not quite as good quality on the inner lining as on my 16oz its a little bit to loose but other than that they are perfect.
Posted by Joseph Hernandez on 29th Dec 2016
I have three pairs of these now and no longer have to look at any other brands or types. These gloves are just about perfect. They are super compact and do a great job of protecting your hands, knuckles, and wrists. They are offered in a variety of colors so you may choose the traditional look (black or red) or a modern look (metallic colors), you can also purchase these to match shoes/outfits, etc. I bought a pair to try them out 3 years ago and have never looked back. Honestly an amazing product at a great price compared to other top notch gloves. Thank you Ring to Cage.

I got blue 16oz gloves for sparring. These needed very little time to break in. The leather is a matte blue and feels very smooth. The padding is soft enough to not harm partners badly in sparring and doesn't hurt my knuckles on the heavy bag like others I own. Inside liner similiar to the Everfresh liner in Everlast gloves (not a bad thing). Overall an excellent glove and great alternative to Winnings.

I bought the black velcro pair back in early May, and I just had to leave a review and rave about these. These are the best gloves I've ever used! Beautiful, beautiful gloves, incredibly quality, come already broken in, extremely comfortable, and extremely well-padded. I've used these 5-7 days a week for the past 6 months, hitting the bags, mitts, light sparring (shouldn't spar too much with training gloves), doing pushups and burpees on cement floors. There's barely any signs of wear on this glove. My next pair is definitely going to be this glove but another color, I'm thinking blue. Tremendous, tremendous value for the money, stop reading this buy it now!!!

Good soft but firm glove. IDK if my fingers are to long or it needs to be broken in because after about 4 or rounds on the heavy bag, my right hand at the tip of my fingers feel uncomfortable. It's like they slide past the padded part and start to be bother me. Like I said, maybe it's part of the break in period, but I've only worn them twice so far. Good quality glove though.

...but I enjoy using these gloves much better than the Everlast MMA gloves (with pre-wrap) that I was using to hit an Aqua bag. My knuckles were bruised pretty bad using the Everlast MMA gloves. I had to take some time off to let them heal. Now I'm back and using the Ring to Cage C17 2.0 gloves (12oz). They feel really comfortable even with pre-wrap on my fist underneath. Hardly any breaking in was necessary. There's been no bruising thus far and I've been going at it pretty hard. I love how tight I can sinch the velcro around my wrist too. I'm happy with the 12oz glove for hitting the Aqua Bag. I was worried about the size and padding. I have an average to large hand size but these gloves give me the protection I need. They've been well worth the money.

Good "broken in" feeling thw first workout but after few weeks the feel better.
Great knuckles protection and very good wrist protection, every punch impact directly kn the knuckles and have a good pop too.
As a 18 oz they r not very heavy, if compared 2 the reyes same size, but that's not a big deal.
Very good protection 4 ur sparring partner 2, it's a MUST BUY!!!

I just received my 14oz Japanese Style C17 glove made custom in gold and silver. I love them! I was using silver 12oz velcro ones which I really liked but felt I needed to go to 14oz for added protection and comfort. The new 14oz are working out great. They were a little stiff on the first use but quickly molded to my hands.

I uploaded a video of my fat self on amazon.com and here is the link to that review if you want to check out the Ring to Cage Thai Boxing heavy bag. I am also wearing C-17 Japanese style Ring to Cage gloves and Ring to Cage handwraps. I haven't hurt my hands while using these gloves and hand wraps hitting this heavy bag I stuffed myself.
I have carpal tunnel in both hands from a job injury I had 11 yrs ago which prevented me from working out with my hands pretty much and I got fat and out of shape but with these gloves.....that's going to change. I'm slowly working on losing the weight

Outside of buying a winning glove for 2-3 hundred more dollars, there is nothing that has better build quality, padding and protection out of all the gloves I've tried in the past 3 years of boxing. I had knuckle pain that almost forced me to quit the sport but these have kept me in it.
Mohsin also helped me design a custom glove and though it takes longer to get 'em, they are worth it. It is an awesome Red White and Blue color combo with a 4 in velcro strap which really helps my dainty little wrists get a good fit. Great for heavy bag work. Great for sparring. Really wonderful gloves at an amazing price. I've had them for 4 months now and they are still perfect.

Update from my other reviews. These gloves are the BEST gloves I have ever owned or used. They are tough as nails and the padding and the fit is.......perfect. Ring to Cage you can't go wrong. I love these gloves!

Purchased a pair of the 18oz C17's in black. I got my pair in the mail quite quickly and was very impressed up front with the overall construction quality. I got these gloves for dedicated bag gloves and the extra weight definitely helps out on pushing a little extra cardio.
Anyway the initial pair I received a bit small construction error in one of the gloves at the finger tips. I have pretty large hands and there was a thick fold of padding at the front of the finger compartment which was creating a weird split in my fingers. I submitted an exchange and was happy to find out Ring to Cage sent me a shipping label to return them the gloves and then sent me a new pair at no charge. The turn around time was pretty fast and communication was easy. It is really great to see a company that stands behind their product.
Aside from the singular construction error in my initial pair, the build quality is quite amazing. Inside and outside of the glove are stitched very well and I really don't think you can beat the build quality at this price point or anywhere close to it without going up to some Cleto Reyes or Winning gloves.
Thanks a lot for the awesome gloves. I am loving my new pair; after a week and a half with them they are really working out great!

At first I was a bit sceptical to order a pair of gloves from the US, considering I have such a wide variety of options here in The Netherlands yet after reading plenty of reviews I figured these gloves must really be something special and considering the price I figured it's definitly worth the shot.
Here I am 1 month later, having used the gloves at least twice a day 5/6 times a week they're simply amazing.
Knuckle protection wise they are the best glove I've ever owned, super snug and it feels like the glove has molded to my hand. I can also catch kicks with these, yet I find it a little less comfortable then with my regular thai gloves (Booster v4 greens) but this isn't a bad thing considering those gloves are specifically made with that in mind padding wise. Yet these ring to cage's are capable of it all and they offer a lot more support and are a whole lot more compact boxing wise so that definitly makes up for it. I'll definitly keep one set of Ring to cage's Japanese style boxing gloves in my training bag, Extra note: The weight distrubution is close to perfect in my opinion, really great.
Keep in mind that even though these gloves offer GREAT all round protection if you're a bit of a heavy hitter it might slightly shock through the wrists, however I had this with all gloves I 've owned and the ring to cage's have barely any shocks, BUT if I'm really smashing the pads the shock is there just a bit. Still way less then all of the other gloves I've used.
Eitherway, much thanks for R2C for making these great gloves they've definitly added a fan to their base.

I purchased these gloves hoping they would fulfill the rave reviews it received from virtually everyone that has used them. They are most compared to Winning which are considered the best gloves(or top 3) on the market.I have never used Winning gloves, but I no longer see the need because the C-17's are the best quality/value around without a doubt, and for a third of the price. The fit and feel is very comfortable, the padding is excellent, top quality leather, and great craftsmanship. You will not find a better for $100 and its an absolute steal with a holiday discount code. If you are looking for the absolute best quality for an affordable price, look no further.

Used this gloves for some sparring session now and they are great!
I bought the lace up 16oz-red, and they fit and protect me awesome!
Took just 2 weeks to my house (Sweden) fast in my opinion.
And the price is just great! 100$ gloves in sweden are just shit!
Thanks RingToCage for making amazing products!

Once the glove break in, the fell for the hand is amazing, very good grip.
You can make a full fist without trouble.
Very good wrist support.
I bought the 14 oz version and it gave great protection for your sparring partnet and your hands. The weight was the same in both gloves.
I really recommend them, for the price they are the best.

I got the Cyber Monday discount email and I couldn't resist. I've bought 2 pairs of these already and I absolutely love these gloves! The quality of the fit, finish, durable cowhide leather the padding is just top notch and for $99 you can't beat these gloves much less the Cyber Monday special. I bought a pair early in the month and I should've waited for the Cyber Monday special.
But then again I'm not a shopping expert like my old lady who knows about Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales and all. I'm a typical guy, I watch football and eat pizza. Anyways I love these gloves man. I'm addicted to these gloves and Ring to Cage products like I love Tenzaru Soba noodles from Japan town in San Francisco Ca. Lol that and strip clubs yeah baby! .....anyways buy them you will love them.

I've love these gloves! Buy them you won't regret it I've been using these for about a month and they are just fantastic in every way. I think these just might be the best pair of gloves I've ever owned. I've had Grant, Ringside, Century, Everlast and Cleto Reyes but these are awesome!

I bought another pair of the 12 oz. Japanese style gloves in white only this time with the velcro. These gloves are awesome! They really are, I have had gloves in the past from other brands, Cleto Reyes, Grant, Everlast Ringside, Century Creed. I'm sure I'm forgetting a brand but anyways these are just awesome in every way. I recently sold all of my other gloves except my Century Creed bag gloves which I do like a lot but these are........Ferrari gloves. The Leather is better the padding is better the ergonomics the placement of the thumb the protection of the hands even the thumb has a slick aerodynamic sharp look to them compared to "Boxing Brands" gloves which is interesting since this is a Martial Arts brand. Kinda funny. The other gloves I kept are also a Karate brand which are better than the boxing brands that I recently sold on Craigslist. Lol anyways these are a real winner! No Joke buy them and you won't regret it. I found Ring to Cage by accident on youtube watching glove reviews and I took a chance and I am soooo glad I did. When I like a brand I'm very loyal. I like Ringside/Combat Sports, Century and now RING TO CAGE! Buy them you cannot go wrong with these gloves or any of their products. I bought the air punch mitts and left a review also. This company is top notch and the guy on the phone is a very nice guy. I like Ring to Cage so much if they were hiring in the San Francisco Bay area where I live I would apply.

After buying this pair of gloves it makes me wonder if those big companies are charging us way too much for their gloves because this glove, is incredibly crafted and equally if not more comfortable then some big name gloves like Everlast reyes etc. Also their customer service here is top notch, Phillipe Frederique was in store, And was very helpful, makes you feel like you are actually a valued customer.

The quality is great everything from the leather to the padding to the stitching to the unique thumb and positioning. 5 stars.

i have owned many different brands of gloves over the years. These gloves exceeded my already high expectations right out of the box. The leather is top notch and the padding is excellent without being too bulky. I am a hard hitter and have experienced hand problems with other so called high end gloves in the past but that is not the case with the C 17's! I have large hands and purchased the 12 oz in blue for mostly bag and mitt work. These gloves give a nice satisfying "pop" sound on the heavy bag. If I had one criticism and this isn't really an issue - the blue color is not deep as it pears on the website. Overall I could not be happier with these gloves. I will defiantly be purchasing more in the future.

As a former amateur, I have always used boxing training to stay in shape. Nearing my forth decade on earth, I was certain I would have to call it quits because of chronic hand and wrist soreness/pain. Because no other exercise is as enjoyable or keeps me in the shape boxing does, I searched far and wide for the glove that offered the protection I needed. In the last year alone, I tried gloves from Title, Ringside, Reyes, Boon, and Fairtex. While all top-notch gloves, none of them addressed my hand issues. Alas, I thought my boxing days were done...Then I discovered Ring to Cage. For the first time in over a year, my hands don't hurt the day after boxing training. I can lay into the bag with full power without worry. In fact, I just put in 10 rounds last night! In addition to the incredible hand protection (by far the most protective glove I've ever used), the C-17 are properly balanced and weighted, and therefore feel a lot lighter than their 16 ounces. These are, without a doubt, the best boxing gloves I have ever owned. I can't recommend them highly enough -- especially for boxers with hand issues like me.

Everything is great.superb quality! Except its a little abit wide and spacious.gotta use thicker handwraps to feel more snug but not tight.overall its a very good glove and great colours too!

I've used these gloves in 16 oz for about a month and have had no problems with them. Comfortable thumb placement. High-quality materials and construction. Comfortable and efficient padding. I've had trouble in the past with injected foam gloves (bruised knuckles) and these gloves have removed the issue entirely. Nice striking surface that gives you that clear "pop" on the bag or mitts.

As a long time hardcore fan of Winning gloves, this inspired model of them is a great alternative for a fraction of the price.
The comfort and protection is virtually identical to Winning. Difference being is that these are a bit wider in shape.
The unknown to me so far is the durability comparison, as I haven't used them enough to compare.

I have never had a glove this comfortable or this high quality for this price. They are definitely the best bang for your buck when it comes to boxing gloves.
