If you request to have your password emailed to you, your credit card information will be automatically deleted from your profile for your protection.

Your address book, located in the "my account" page of each website, is your personal storage space. We do not use the information in your address book to send email promotions orcatalogs by mail. When you enter names in your address book, those names will be accessible on your computer to place online orders on our website, whether you are logged in or not.

Order processing time
All orders will be processed within 48 business hours on normal business days excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery can vary based on location and shipping option chosen.


Confirmation of your order
You will receive your order shipping confirmation via email with an invoice and tracking id to trace the package. All packages are insured and traceable

Rush orders
typically we are able to meet all expected needs for a rush order. For time-sensitive orders, please call our Customer Service department during business hours at 1 866 666 0074

Back-Ordered
If an item has an availability status of "Backordered" or you notice it on your order confirmation, it means the product has sold out but will be restocked and shipped at a later date. Estimated restock and ship date is provided, but it may be subject to change. Each backordered item will remain on your order until it becomes available or you cancel it. All other in-stock items on your order will be shipped in 48 hours. Your payment method will be authorized for the total cost of the order and charged, including all backordered items, If you prefer not to wait, please contact customer service at 1 866 666 0074 we will help you select a comparable in-stock item or issue you refund for the backordered item.

Pick-Up:
You can pick up your order Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm with an exception of lunch break between 1-2pm

We accept checks and money orders for phone orders only.  Be aware it takes two weeks for the check to clear. Once we have received the check and it clears we will ship your order. For faster processing please send a money order or cashier's check. If your check is returned, it may be collected electronically and you will be assessed a processing fee as allowed by law. Check writer is responsible for all other check recovery costs, including all attorneys' fees, court costs and taxes.

Gift Cards:
You can order gift certificates for RING TO CAGE FIGHT GEAR, are paperless and the recipient will receive an email with the redemption information. No physical certificate is sent. Gift certificates expire 1 year from the purchase date.

 

Shipping

Shipping methods
We generally ships via UPS. Customers can choose the speed and level of service from a variety of options including Ground, 3 Days Select, Two-Day Delivery, Next-Day Air and International shipping. Please be aware that large equipment orders, such as heavy bags and stands, may be shipped directly by freight carriers in order to allow for timely delivery.

APO/FPO/DPO Shipping
We ship to military APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail only, traceable and insured, Please note that deliveries to can take up to 15 business days.

International Shipping
We ship Internationally, please be sure to include a phone number when placing your order online, we ship via UPS and USPS (please select USPS for cheaper shipping rates), traceable and insured, All International orders are subject to customs, duties and taxes imposed by the country of delivery and this charge is not included in the total price provided by RING TO CAGE

 

We prefer payments from international customers via PayPal, if international orders are paid through credit card, for the protection of the card holder, additional information may be requested such as National Identification Card and Credit Card front and back for verification which must match to the shipping address, please pay via PayPal for your order faster processing.

P.O. Box Shipping
We ship to P.O. Box via USPS only However, due to package weight and size restrictions imposed by USPS, some heavy and over size items may not be shipped to a P.O.Box. These would include items such as filled heavy bags and filled dummies.  Additional shipping may apply to your order. If so, you will be contacted prior to the additional fee being charged and shipping your order. Alternative shipping options may be discussed at that time.

All domestic and International customers can register an account with their complete shipping address onwww.ringtocage.com, select the items you are looking to purchase, our shopping cart will you give shipping options with shipping rates to your shipping address upon checking out before giving the payment information. If you find shipping is expensive then please contact us with your complete shipping address and order you are looking place, so we will try to find cheaper shipping if possible.

Some items may require additional shipping charges such as filled heavy punching bags and Filled training dummies

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

OUR "SATISFACTION GUARANTEED" POLICY:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return any item for refund, credit or exchange if it is in "resalable" condition, within 60 days. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of the products. Use of products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured nullifies this warranty.

RETURNS & Exchange POLICY: If you experience a problem with any of our products, simply write the reason on a paper with your contact information and invoice number (or on the copy of invoice you received with your order) describing the reason for your return and the action you would like us to take. This policy does not include mouth guards, gift certificates, or custom gear.

It is recommended that you send all returns back via UPS (it's faster and safer). Send your package insured, traceable and postage paid. There will be no credits or refunds for returned shipping charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges. (We will cover the return and exchange shipping if you received defective item or different item than you ordered, UPS prepaid return shipping labels will be provided upon request)  No credits or refunds for any merchandise more than 60 days after purchase. No credits or refunds for forwarding shipping charges and Custom Duty on international orders.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE processing timeReturns are usually processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Please allow additional time for processing during the holiday season. A confirmation email will be sent when the return is processed and if exchanging for other items, a confirmation email will be sent when the new order is placed. If you don’t hear from us after your return package is delivered, please simply call us at 1 866 666 0074 to expedite your return/exchange/refund request with your Order or Invoice number.
